However, in the case of Dell, you may find a different company’s hard drive used in computers of the same model.

HP support and Dell support also differ quite a bit. You get a full one year warranty on all Dell products. The best part of Dell support is that you can solve all your problems by calling Dell technical support. Their on-site warranty is also pretty good. On the other hand, HP also offers a good initial warranty, but will not support any or all of the issues you may face. For this, you will need more additional warranty packages. However, people say that HP’s on-site support is better than Dell’s. HP technical support, like Dell, is available throughout the country of the companies’ operations.
